Hey, I’m glad you’re here.
I’m Wiktoria and this is the space where I think out loud and share my reflections on issues that have been bothering, fascinating, or moving me lately.
I’ve always been drawn to understanding how things work or creating something meaningful or significant in the space around me.
First, I started observing nature, later experimenting with technical solutions, and then, for a longer while, I was absorbed in economics.
Over time, I became fascinated by languages and communication, as well as how groups and organizations work. This led me to a new interest in institutions, systems, and decision-making mechanisms.
I’m interesested less in clear asnwers, and more in how meaning is produced, defended and sustained, and how the world works.
Here, you’ll find interdisciplinary esseys and notes on various topics – sometimes about the functioning of groups, the process of mediation, sometimes about philosophical systems, sometimes about decision-making or how structures quietly shape our behavior.
All materials found here are my own reflection, not recommendations or business advice.
